How We Calculate Charges
We follow a simple formula: Total Cost = Packing Materials + Manpower + Vehicle/Distance + Add‑ons + Taxes (GST). Factors that influence the price: inventory volume (in cubic feet), distance and route tolls, number of floors and lift availability at both locations, packing grade (standard vs. premium), access for vehicle (narrow lanes may require shuttle), and your chosen move date.

Do prices include GST?
All service prices are exclusive of GST. For packing and moving services, GST is typically 18%. For standalone transport (without packing), GST may be 5%—subject to eligibility and current rules. Your invoice will clearly mention the applicable tax.
Is insurance mandatory?
Insurance is optional but recommended for intercity moves and high‑value items. We provide transit insurance at ~3% of declared value. Claims, if any, are processed as per insurer’s terms.
What can change my final price?
Major variables are additional items not declared earlier, staircase carrying due to lift unavailability, extra distance or waiting time, last‑minute date change, special packing requests (glass/marble), and shuttle requirements for narrow lanes.

Are there any hidden charges?
